As all of our thoughts are on the continued spread of COVID-19 around the world, we want to assure you that the health and safety of both you and our entire team is our first priority during this time.
We are closely monitoring this evolving situation and are basing our actions and decisions on recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada, the CDC, and relevant local authorities. As of Monday, March 23rd, our Canadian office will be closed for a minimum of two weeks. This closure will only impact the shipping and receiving from our Canadian facility. All other operations will remain available as our employees work from home, and as we continue to receive regular mail.
Following our Canadian office, our USA office will also be closed as of Monday, March 23rd as ordered by local authorities on non- essential services. This closure will take place for a minimum of two weeks and re-evaluate on April 3rd. This closure will impact shipping and receiving, and we would advise that you reach out to a member of our team via phone or email support throughout this period if need be.
Our factory is in full operations to provide support to International clients as needed.
